Erin Vito

Hi there! I’m Erin Vito, owner of Grow Design, a full-service graphic design company.

Grow Design has provided compelling design solutions for more than 10 years. Being a designer means helping clients communicate their messages to the world. I enjoy collaborating with clients big and small — from universities and law firms to small businesses and even individuals. I love color, am obsessed with paper, and am passionate about type. I am also part nomad. Currently I live in Boulder, Colorado with my husband, two daughters, dog, cat, guinea pig and chickens. Prior to moving to Boulder, I lived in Queens, NYC, Missoula, Montana, and San Francisco before that. So my clients are all over the map!

As for the nitty gritty, I have a master’s degree in Industrial Arts with an emphasis in graphic design from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and Spanish from Boston University. After graduating from SF State, I worked as an in-house designer for many years for San Francisco State University; I also worked as a graphic designer at EDAW (now Design + Planning at AECOM), as well as design agencies such as zero-nine design and Kollar Design Associates. After the birth of my first child, I decided to start my own graphic design company. When I’m not designing logos, marketing materials, websites, environmental and trade show graphics, and consumer packaging, I blog about good design and design goods, hand made and found objects, and vintage treasures.
